Cancellation Policy:

1. Customers can cancel orders anytime before the order is dispatched. Once you request for cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days for the cancellation to reflect in our systems. And, the entire amount will be refunded to your account in 1-3 business days.

2. After the dispatch of the orders customer cancellations are not allowed. Please contact customer support for the same.

Return and Refund Policy:

1. All Classyo products are eligible for a 5-day easy return. We have a very fair and transparent return and refund policy. We take every product back on the basis of two cases:

Case 1 (Seller-Side Reason): Seller-Side Reason means the inconvenience caused due to the ignorance of team Classyo. In this case, we Guarantee 100% Replacement or Refund (as per the customer's choice) to the customer immediately, the reasons include-

  • Damage Product Received
  • Wrong Product Received
  • Item Missing in the Box

Case 2 (Customer-Side Reason): Customer-Side Reason means the return request raised due to a casual purchase made by the customer without going through well about the product. In this case, Classyo will refund the amount after deducting only the shipping charges of both sides ie Forward as well as RTO (as per actual). the reasons may include-

  • The size is too small
  • The product is not as per my expectation
  • My parents didn't like it
  • Plants not included

To start a return process, you can email us at support@classyo.in (or) call/WhatsApp us at +91-7892010532. After the successful return pick-up of the product, the refund will be issued in 1-3 business days to your account.

NOTE FOR RETURN

1. The product must have original packaging and tags in place. Items without original tags/packaging will not be accepted.

2. Customized products cannot be returned.

3. Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return window would not be accepted.

4. Non-returnable products cannot be returned.
